The College Operations Leader upon appointment, agrees to share in the Principal’s leadership and represent the Principal in discharging the duties as outlined below. The College Operations Leader is responsible for the implementation of the College Vision and Mission, College policies and the planning, organisation and efficient running of the College, in particular, is responsible for all matters directly related to College operations specified here within.

Music and Performing Arts Leader

Music and Performing Arts Leader, from term one, 2023

Music and the Performing Arts are integral to the life of Mercy College, and the successful applicant of this position would be an enthusiastic, innovative and visionary leader and facilitator of Music and the Performing Arts. This role provides dynamic leadership opportunities within the school, overseeing the Instrumental Music and Ensemble Program, assisting with the combined College Musical, andmanaging a team of instrumental teachers.  

The successful applicant would be an experienced teacher of VCE Music. The capacity to teach other disciplines within the Performing Arts would be advantageous.

This is an ongoing teaching position.
